Would like to know what to update in the referral ID spot on 1st Join. Is it the number I get when I join Hit2Hit, or my Traffic Hoopla account number?

Update with whatever ID identifies your referral membership for each. With Hit2Hit, your referral ID is a number, and this is what you will update.
The referral URL for each is already embedded into your Traffic Hoopla. When you update your ID, and others join from your Traffic Hoopla, they will do so from your referral URL, you get the credit, you earn the referral rewards.
You see, these current top ranked advertising resources will greatly reward you for referring others, mostly a percentage of their traffic, and common, commissions too.
