Login to your Traffic Hoopla account, go to Members Home Page, then view 1st and 2nd Join list. Review current rankings, join and update your IDs as it applies, then regroup and refocus on these current best Hit Exchanges.
Traffic Building Instructions
To build large amounts of ongoing daily traffic, join each current top ranked advertising resource (see Join list), and use them daily to promote your Traffic Hoopla.
The point is to get signups and earn referral rewards. And the goal is to build upwards of 10K to more than 20K, ongoing daily traffic.
